Quilter plc is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Desktop Engineer to deliver end‑user IT support across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and provide VIP user assistance within the IT Operations function.

The role focuses on Intune‑based device management, strong customer care, and collaboration with 1st line teams and external suppliers. London‑based, permanent role with a focus on security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2nd line desktop support experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Awareness of security and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve 2nd line incidents for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Provide discreet, high‑quality support for VIP users.
• Collaborate with 1st line, infrastructure, and suppliers.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Assist IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
