Quilter plc is seeking a Technologies Delivery Centre Analyst to join IT Operations in London. The role focuses on day-to-day end-user IT support across desktop, mobile and collaboration tools, with second-line responsibility and escalation duties to ensure minimal disruption and high service levels.

You will own incidents from capture to resolution, work with 1st line, infrastructure teams and external suppliers, and contribute to continuous service improvements while maintaining VIP support

Formación

• 2nd line IT support experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and mobile issues.
• Experience with modern device management and VIP user support.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver day-to-day IT end-user services and escalate desktop support issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, mobile, collaboration, and workplace technology issues.
• Own incidents and service requests through to resolution with 1st line, infrastructure and suppliers.
