Job summary

Audley Villages is recruiting for an Operations Manager (Hospitality/Restaurant) to lead the village hospitality team and ensure outstanding service for owners and guests. You will be the village face, hosting events and driving guest satisfaction across all dining and leisure facilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, P&L awareness, and the ability to maximise opportunities across our villages nationwide. A focus on compliance and developing staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Food, beverage and leisure club management experience in a 4 or higher hospitality environment is a must.
• Ability to deal with all employee relations issues professionally and legally.
• Experience in people management including rota management, recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Ability to manage own profit & loss, control costs and handle procurement and invoicing processes.
• Project management experience mainly for event planning and management.
• Hands on and flexible approach to cover a variety of tasks.
• Warm, professional and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the village hospitality team to deliver high-quality service.
• Act as host and operator, building relationships with owners, customers and staff.
• Maximise business opportunities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure village procedures and policies are followed and compliance is maintained.
• Act as deputy for the General Manager in their absence.
