Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities across multiple departments.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets while maintaining guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial engine: manage food costs, payroll, and stock with KPI oversight.
• Lead and coach Heads of Department, ensuring performance and internal promotions.
