Job summary

St Monica Trust is seeking a Village Engagement Coordinator to work closely with residents, co‑creating a varied programme of events and wellbeing initiatives that reflect their interests and aspirations. You will help foster an inclusive community where residents feel valued and empowered to contribute to village life.

You will also build strong relationships with local organisations, creating opportunities for residents to connect with life beyond the village while welcoming the wider

Qualifications

• Experience working within communities, neighbourhoods or customer-facing environments.
• Experience organising events, activities or engagement programmes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Budget management and financial administration experience.
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of GDPR and information governance principles.
• A genuine commitment to helping people live well and stay connected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with residents to design and deliver engaging activities, events and wellbeing initiatives.
