Job summary

Wood Care Group is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to care for residents and develop meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life. You will deliver engaging sessions, support events and family interaction, and work to create a therapeutic and recreational programme tailored to residents’ needs.

We value kind and caring individuals who can communicate well with residents, families, and the team, and who can flex their shifts, including weekends, to meet home needs.

Qualifications

• Good communication with residents, families and management team.
• Experience delivering activities in a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop a meaningful activities programme that supports residents’ wellbeing.
• Deliver engaging sessions and assist in events and family activities.
• Support staff and families to enhance resident life and interaction.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to training and development.
