Job summary

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking a Viewings & Inventory Associate to join a growing Build-to-Rent operator in the Nottingham area. You will showcase homes, support residents throughout their moving journey and ensure properties are ready for occupation across developments in the Midlands.

This 6-month fixed-term contract focuses on lettings support from viewing to move-in, inventories and tenancy administration, with a strong emphasis on customer service, attention to detail and IT system

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or property management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software quickly; driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and promote the benefits of each home.
• Support applicants through the lettings process from viewing to move-in.
• Complete inventories, check-ins and check-outs, including relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain accurate records using property management systems.
• Build positive relationships with residents to support retention.
• Identify and elevate resident concerns when appropriate.
• Work with local partners to help create successful communities.
