Savills in Clifton is seeking a motivated Viewing Assistant to support our Clifton Lettings team. You will conduct property viewings throughout the week and weekends, handle enquiries by phone and email, and provide a courteous, efficient service.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to quickly build rapport with clients while showcasing homes and highlighting local benefits.

• Self-motivated and proactive in handling viewing duties.

• Confident dealing with clients and purchasers during viewings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for inquiries and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective applicants and clients at the properties for viewings.
• Be confident in showcasing homes and highlighting benefits of the property and location.
• Liaise with tenants and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner.
• Work to a busy and time-sensitive schedule.
• Be flexible and adaptive to unexpected changes.
• Deal with incoming enquiries by telephone, email, or in person at the office.
• Have a good understanding and knowledge of the local area.
• Be interested in real estate and trends in the local market.
