You are interested in developing your experience in Quality Assurance and continuous improvement within an aerospace manufacturing environmentThe ideal candidate will have:- An initial experience or strong academic background in Quality Assurance within a technical and/or manufacturing environment.- An interest in Quality planning for new products and new customers.- Experience or knowledge of **problem solving and improvement projects.- Knowledge of key Quality tools and methodologies such as PFMEA, SPC, 8D and/or Six Sigma.- An understanding of First Article Inspection (PVI/PPAP) processes would be an advantage.- An interest in **Cost of Non-Quality (CoNQ) reduction** and continuous improvement.- An understanding of aerospace **Quality standards and regulations** would be beneficial.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Good working knowledge of English.- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with a strong willingness to learn and develop in an international environment.Company InformationSafran is an international high-technology group operating in the fields of aerospace (propulsion, equipment and interiors), space and defense.
