Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will proactively manage risks, develop recovery plans, and ensure supply chain continuity across your portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the External Scheduling process for assigned suppliers.Develop and maintain detailed supplier schedules in line with customer demand.Drive supplier performance against OTD targets and service level expectations.Collaborate with suppliers to identify delivery risks and implement recovery plans.Monitor supplier capacity and performance to support production requirements.Escalate issues and risks appropriately and in a timely manner.Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Analyse supply chain performance data and develop improvement actions.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.Lead and develop team members to achieve business objectives.Looking after the people who make Safran great is our priority.
