Job summary

Safran Nacelles Burnley is seeking a Process Manager - Assemblies to lead an assembly manufacturing area, ensuring on-time, safe and high-quality outputs. You will drive SQCDP performance, manage a team and coordinate cross-functionally to meet production commitments while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role demands strong leadership, continuous improvement focus and effective communication with stakeholders across the plant and customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading an assembly manufacturing area in aerospace or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to drive safety, quality, cost, delivery and people performance.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and lean practices.
  • Experience with production scheduling and resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Operational Leadership across SQCDP targets.
  • Lead continuous improvement and problem solving within the assembly area.
  • Manage people, health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with functions to meet production commitments.
  • Engage customers and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
