Job Description:

Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships to Banking and Insurance clients.

Other duties will be assigned by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by acquiring new clients, focusing on Consumer Banks and Insurance companies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of future business opportunities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.

Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in acquiring new clients in the Consumer Banking, Retail, or Tech industry.
  • Experience in selling BPO solutions.
  • Proven success in prospecting, building a sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored for executive communication.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and results.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
