Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a senior communications executive to build and lead a stand-alone function focused on corporate narratives, executive visibility, and proactive media strategy. You will shape AI-focused storytelling and oversee monitoring, crisis readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across Brand & Communications.

You will own a narrative architecture, cultivate subject-matter experts, and drive high-impact earned-media moments with an emphasis on credibility and speed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate and executive communications.
• Proactive narrative strategist with earned media experience.
• Fluency building credible corporate AI narratives.
• AI-native approach using AI across monitoring, research, drafting and reporting.
• Strong writer and editor for press and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build a dedicated communications function from existing responsibilities.
• Own an executive-visibility program and proactive narrative strategy.
• Lead crisis monitoring, AI-assisted workflows, and media-tracking to keep TRM in the conversation.
