Milltown Partners in London seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to lead client relationships at the highest level, shape strategic direction, and build teams that deliver breakthrough work for technology, business and culture.

In this hands-on role you will drive AI-enhanced advisory, develop talent across our European team, and pursue new business while upholding our standards of integrity and collaboration.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of corporate communications experience in consultancy or in-house, including tech space
• Ability to develop research-driven communication strategies influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience building advisory relationships with C-suite leaders and delivering strategic counsel
• Track record of developing media strategies and managing relationships with senior editors
• Experience leading competitive pitches and new business conversations with demonstrable results
• Experience managing high-performing teams and developing others through coaching and feedback
• Strong grasp of AI tools and their application in advisory work
• Intellectual curiosity to develop expertise in new areas and an entrepreneurial approach to building networks
• Commitment to feedback and inclusive culture
• Excellent command of written and verbal English
