Job summary

Conduct AI is seeking a Comms Strategist to tell its story across external, customer, partner, and talent channels. You will translate complex AI concepts into compelling narratives and help build the brand from scratch.

You'll craft talks, campaigns, and events that attract CIOs, engineers, and top talent, collaborating with founders, engineers, and creatives. Strong writing and design taste are essential, as is fast, hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Generalist with sharp creative taste and executional drive.
• Clear spike in one or two ownership areas and ability to contribute widely.
• Exceptional writing and editing with a design sense.
• Conviction about the problem Conduct solves; enterprise tech/AI experience is a plus.
• Track record of growing online audiences and translating to in-person engagements.
• Bias to action; hands-on and fast to ship across departments.

Responsibilities

• Tell the Conduct story across web copy, blogs, social, product content, white papers, and talks.
• Create content and experiences for events attended by senior executives and partners.
• Grow communities online and organize in-person meetups and partner events.
• Build employer brand materials and recruiting events.
• Run integrated campaigns with sales, product, partnerships, and external agencies.
• Collaborate with founders on all-hands and company-wide communications.
