Job summary

TP seeks a VP of Investor Relations to lead the company’s global IR strategy and serve as the primary interface with analysts and institutional investors. You will shape the equity narrative, coordinate quarterly earnings communications, and ensure alignment with the AI‑driven transformation narrative.

You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Board, building relationships across the investment community while managing consensus and market expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business; MBA/CFA preferred.
• 15+ years in public company IR, equity research, or investment banking with senior IR leadership experience.
• Experience managing sell‑side relationships and guiding consensus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead TP’s global investor relations strategy with CEO/CFO and senior leadership.
• Maintain relationships with institutional investors, portfolio managers, and analysts worldwide.
• Own the end‑to‑end earnings process, including press releases, decks, and Q&A preparation.
• Articulate the equity story and AI‑led transformation with measurable KPIs and clear disclosure.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Communications, ESG to ensure a single, consistent external message.
• Manage market intelligence, shareholder ownership, and proxy voting patterns; advise leadership.
