Trustpilot is seeking a visionary VP of Communications to shape and lead its global communications strategy during a pivotal growth phase. You will oversee corporate, consumer, and B2B reputation initiatives in a high-scrutiny, publicly listed tech environment, driving integrated campaigns and fostering trust at scale.

You’ll partner with executives across Marketing, Product, Legal, IR, Public Affairs, Customer, and People, modernising the function with AI while building a high-performing global

Responsibilities

• Lead Trustpilot’s global communications strategy and elevate brand perception.
• Drive perception through storytelling across earned and owned channels.
• Advise senior leadership on corporate reputation and communications risk in a public company.
• Own crisis and issues-management framework and navigate complex reputational challenges.
• Lead integrated Consumer and B2B brand-building campaigns worldwide.
• Modernise communications with AI and emerging technologies to boost impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing global communications team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, and People.
• Oversee external agencies and budgets with focus on impact and efficiency.
