Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You’ll support the Home Manager in organising fundraising events and drive participation with warmth and a positive energy.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement activities.
• Kind and effective communication with Residents and colleagues.
