• Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating and leading engaging activities for the elderly.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
• Excellent communication, empathy and compassion.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch an array of captivating activities tailored to our residents' interests and abilities.
• Host group events and provide one-on-one fun for our residents.
• Adapt activities for residents with dementia - patience and creativity are key!
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere in our care home.
• Team up with care staff to integrate activities into residents' daily lives.
• Keep track of activities and participation to see what works for residents individually and as a group
