Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support the Home Manager with events, foster social interaction, and bring positive energy and kindness to the team.

Strong planning, organisational and IT skills are essential; safeguarding training is part of the role, and experience with vulnerable individuals is valued. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to develop activity programmes.
• Good planning and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to learn safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight Residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Engage Residents and care home team to encourage participation.
• Uphold kindness and supportive communication with Residents and staff.
