HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents at Larkhill hall. You will plan events, support fundraising efforts, and collaborate with the Home Manager to create a warm, inclusive environment.

You will bring energy, kindness and strong planning/IT skills, with safeguarding awareness to ensure Residents’ safety and wellbeing. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Background with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes.
• Strong planning, organisational and IT skills.
• Kind, considerate communication with Residents and colleagues.
• Safeguarding training is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight Residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Engage the care home team to involve Residents in activities.
