Job summary

This role requires a background in working with vulnerable individuals and an ability to foster social interactions. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and a genuine desire to enhance residents' quality of life.

In addition to planning activities, the successful candidate will assist in fundraising efforts and ensure a compassionate and supportive environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes.
• Brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people.
• Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
