Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator in the UK on a rota-based, part-time contract (35.5 hours per week).

You will plan and deliver engaging activities to enhance residents’ wellbeing across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings, and assist the Home Manager with fundraising events. We look for someone with experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a warm, kind approach to help residents socialise.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Good IT skills and time management

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for residents to delight them
• Support Home Manager with fundraising events
• Help residents socialise and participate in activities
• Communicate with residents and co-workers with kindness and consideration
