Job summary

Harrier Grange Care Home in Hampshire is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver a varied, person-centred programme of group and one-to-one activities, tailored to each resident's interests and care needs.

You will build strong relationships with residents and the wider team, promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction, and ensure all participants are included, supported and respected in a warm, enriching environment.

Qualifications

• Creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in activities or similar role is beneficial; transferable skills welcome.
