Job summary

Pertemps Stoke is recruiting two Vetting & Data Entry Administrators to support the Royal Mail peak recruitment project in Stoke. You will process candidates' details on the vetting system and ensure accurate entry.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, temporary for 12 weeks, ASAP start. We're looking for highly organized, detail-focused individuals with strong computer literacy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Accurate and methodical when entering information.
• Comfortable working with a high volume of data.
• Able to follow processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processing candidate information onto the relevant vetting system.
• Entering candidate details accurately and efficiently.
• Checking information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Completing the required vetting and compliance checks.
• Identifying missing or incorrect information.
• Liaising with the recruitment team where further information is required.
• Updating candidate records and maintaining accurate databases.
• Ensuring candidates progress through the process and meet deadlines.
• Handling confidential candidate information appropriately.
• Supporting the wider project team during the Royal Mail peak period.
