Pertemps Stoke are seeking two Vetting & Data Entry Administrators to support the Royal Mail peak recruitment project. You will process candidates' details on the vetting system and ensure accuracy so they are ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Process candidate information onto the vetting system.
• Enter candidate details accurately and efficiently.
• Check information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Complete the required vetting and compliance checks.
• Identify missing or incorrect information.
• Liaise with the recruitment team where further information or paperwork is required.
• Update candidate records and maintain accurate databases.
• Ensure candidates progress through the process efficiently.
• Handle confidential candidate information appropriately.
• Support the wider project team during the Royal Mail peak period.
