Pets at Home is migrating veterinary practice management systems from RxWorks to Provet. In the interim, you will keep RxWorks running and support teams to deliver high-quality care across practices.

The role is a 6-month FTC with immediate start available, open to candidates across the UK. You will liaise with IT, vets and vendors to ensure smooth incidents handling and system stability during the migration.

Qualifications

• Experience with RxWorks or Provet (or other veterinary practice management systems) is essential.
• Understanding of practice life and veterinary workflows is highly valued.
• Experience in application support & administration and/or working in a system service environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day RxWorks user support and administration.
• Resolve incidents and service requests quickly and effectively.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and veterinary practices.
• Document processes and ensure audit-standard compliance.
