Pets at Home is seeking an Application Support Analyst to back-stop our RxWorks system during a critical migration to Provet. You will maintain the current RxWorks environment and support practice teams to ensure service continuity during the six-month FTC.

We welcome candidates from across the UK who can start quickly and work collaboratively with IT, vendors and veterinary teams to document processes and uphold audit standards.

Qualificações

• Experience with RxWorks or Provet or other veterinary practice management systems.
• Understanding of practice life in veterinary settings.
• Experience in application support & administration and/or system service environments would be advantageous.

What’s the role?

We’re moving practice management systems, from RxWorks to Provet, across our practices. While the migration happens, you’ll keep our current system (RxWorks) running smoothly, handling day-to-day support and ensuring our teams can deliver exceptional care.

This role is a 6 month FTC to support the project, and we're open to considering candidates from across the UK.

What you’ll do:

• Be the go-to person for RxWorks user support and administration
• Resolve incidents and service requests quickly and effectively
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors and veterinary practices
• Document processes and ensure compliance with audit standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with RxWorks or / and Provet (or other veterinary practice management systems)
• Understanding of practice life – we very much welcome candidates from veterinary backgrounds
• Experience of application support & administration and/or of working within a system service environment would be advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to start pretty quickly (unfortunately we can’t consider long notice periods)
