Pets at Home seeks an Application Support Analyst to maintain RxWorks during a migration to Provet. You will ensure continuity of service across practices, handle incidents, and support end users throughout the migration window.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with RxWorks or Provet (or other veterinary practice management systems).
• Experience in application support & administration in a system service environment is advantageous.
• Understanding of veterinary practice life and workflows.
