Vets for Pets in Thornton-Cleveleys, near Blackpool, seeks an experienced veterinarian with leadership potential to join a stable, supportive team. The role offers development toward Lead Vet, with flexible full-time or part-time hours and a 1:7 weekend rota.

A relocation package is available for direct candidates, and CPD support is provided. The practice, part of the Pets at Home group, provides modern facilities and a welfare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced veterinarian with leadership potential.
• Interest in developing skills and supporting junior vets.
• Flexible full-time or part-time arrangement may be considered.
• Willing to relocate; relocation package available for direct candidates only.
• 1:7 weekends included.
• CPD and certificates encouraged and supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vet team with potential to become Lead Vet.
• Support and mentor junior vets.

• Participate in CPD and certificate development.
