Job summary

Vets for Pets in Alsager is seeking an experienced lead vet to drive clinical excellence in a spacious standalone practice. You will mentor junior vets and work closely with the owner to shape care standards, while enjoying complete clinical freedom.

We offer flexible full- or part-time hours, a 1-in-4 Saturday morning rota (9am-12pm), no Sundays or out-of-hours, and generous benefits including pension, RCVS/VDS memberships, and staff discounts. Salary up to £75,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Experienced vet with strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Ability to mentor junior vets and maintain high standards.
• Flexible to work full- or part-time and participate in rota.
• Willingness to support CPD and development.

Responsibilities
