Job summary

Vets for Pets is seeking a Surgical Lead Vet to join our growing team in England. The role offers a truly flexible rota and a salary up to £75,000 (FTE, DOE). You will lead surgeries, mentor junior team members, and help develop surgical services within the practice.

The position is ideal for a surgeon with a bias to expand skills, with a supportive clinical team and CPD funding. OOHs are not required, and part- or full-time hours are welcome.

Qualifications

• Surgical lead experience or strong surgical bias.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and uphold clinical standards.
• Willingness to work within a flexible rota and support training.
