inspiring vet care is seeking a Receptionist for Walton Lodge Vets in the UK. This part-time, 18-hour week role covers shifts from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Wednesday, supporting client communications and appointment management in a welcoming, professional clinic environment.

You will greet clients, manage the clinic calendar, answer inquiries, handle check-ins/outs, process payments and help keep the reception area organised. A team-focused, proactive attitude is essential.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Walton Lodge Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• 18 hour working week, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. It will include 6hr shifts to cover opening hours 8am - 7pm.
