Job summary

Walton Lodge Vets in Ware is seeking a friendly, organised receptionist to join our team on a part-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You will support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working with colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Walton Lodge Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• 18 hour working week, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. It will include 6hr shifts to cover opening hours 8am - 7pm.
