Job summary

inspiring vet care in Leicester is seeking a friendly Receptionist on a part-time permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting a positive client and patient journey.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and a proactive attitude within a team setting. Shift pattern includes 4-5 days with 8am–6:30pm hours and some Saturday mornings.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Bell, Brown & Bentleyon a part-time permanent basis.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

It would be a part time role with the candidate doing a selection of shifts across 4-5 days within our opening hours of 8am till 6.30pm. There will also be 2 in 10 Saturday mornings 8am till 1pm.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes answering the phone, updating client records, making appointments, serving clients, handling medication, taking payments, greeting clients and their pets, admin and general cleaning duties.
