Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking two part-time Veterinary Receptionists (20 hours/week) to join our Witham-based practice. You will manage calls, emails, and appointments, process payments, and assist with stock and client enquiries. We value a friendly, organised, customer-focused approach and a collaborative team.

The role operates on a 7:45 am–7:15 pm rota, Monday to Friday, with Saturday involvement. Benefits include enhanced annual leave and staff perks across our practice network.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and working as part of a supportive team.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be managing busy telephone lines and scheduling appointments efficiently, while handling email correspondence and client enquiries with care and professionalism.

Duties also include:

• Processing payments
• Managing stock
• Assisting with account and insurance queries

We are looking for 2 x part time 20 hour per week roles. You must be flexible to work between 7:45 am and 7:15 pm, across a rota system, Monday to Friday. You will also partake in a Saturday rota.
