Join Our Team as a Part-Time Receptionist!

Congleton Veterinary Centre is looking for a confident, empathetic, and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to provide excellent care and a personal touch to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming clients and their pets on arrival
2. Handling queries face-to-face, by phone, and email
3. Maintaining accurate records
4. Facilitating communication between reception and clinical teams
5. Processing payments, cashing up, and submitting takings daily
6. Adhering to GDPR and respecting client confidentiality
7. Keeping reception and waiting area clean and tidy
8. Following health and safety protocols

Work Schedule:

This is a permanent part-time role, working 30 hours per week, with shifts from 8:15am to 7:00pm, including 1 in 3 Saturdays and shared bank holiday rota. An unpaid 1-hour lunch break is included.

Candidate Profile:

We seek someone with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and empathy, especially in emotional situations. Previous experience and IT proficiency are essential.
