Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic RVN to work at our busy practice, made up of one main hospital and 4 satellite branches. We promote further growth and development within the team, giving you access to a large client base with a wide variety of cases, CPD, and a supportive team. In this role, you will work with a dedicated team of Vets, Nurses, and support staff to deliver excellent client and patient care. You will be required to work across all branches.

Rota patterns that work for you

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and work-life balance is vital. We offer flexibility for part- and full-time applications. A typical full-time role involves working an average of 37 hours over 4 days, with 1:4 Saturday mornings. No out-of-hours or on-call duties are required.

A bit about us

Located in Cheltenham, known for horse racing and a vibrant social scene, Dragon Vets is an established practice with specialist equipment including CT, DR, endoscopy, ultrasonography, laparoscopic kits, and more. Our team comprises 16 vets, including specialists in surgery, cardiology, and medicine, practicing evidence-based medicine with regular clinical discussions and colleague support. We perform complex surgeries and treat intensive cases, often handling cases that might be referred elsewhere. Our client base is large and varied. We have a dedicated out-of-hours team, Vets Now, within the same building, providing 24-hour care. Our nursing team includes 17 RVNs and 4 SVNs at various stages of training.
