We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Swadlincote Vets. As a receptionist, you will provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service to our clients and their animals.

About the role

Main duties would include:

1. Answering the telephone
2. Booking appointments and processing requests for prescriptions
3. Dealing with clients at reception and enquiries
4. Taking payments and banking
5. Accurately recording client and animal details on our practice management system
6. Some cleaning duties

This position is part-time, 26 hours per week, ideally over 5 days.
