Our facilities

Rhodes Veterinary Practice has been proudly serving our loyal clients for over 60 years. Our small animal practice is well-equipped with three consulting rooms, including one dedicated to nurse clinics, a designated dental area with dental X-ray, a spacious theatre, a large kennel area, separate cat and dog waiting areas to reduce patient stress, and an in-house laboratory for efficient diagnostics. You'll primarily be based at our Kingsthorpe practice, with occasional visits to our Far Cotton clinic to support nurse clinics.

A Rewarding Role Awaits

Our nurses play a key role in our practice, running their own nurse clinics covering health checks, second vaccinations, anal glands, nail clips, kennel cough vaccinations, and weight clinics. Your responsibilities will also include anaesthesia, inpatient care, assisting with diagnostics such as digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, and endoscopy, as well as in-house laboratory work.

We're passionate about career development and encourage professional growth. Our Head Veterinary Nurse is a qualified physiotherapist running her own clinics, and we welcome any interests or specialisms you'd like to develop to benefit both you and the practice.
