Job summary

Pets at Home Limited, Abingdon Didcot and Oxford Botley practices, is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage bookings and payments, and provide support to the clinical team across three sites.

This full‑time role (40 hours, 1 in 4 weekends) requires good IT skills and strong communication. We offer discounts, development opportunities, pension and holiday entitlement, and flexible options to discuss shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage bookings and payments across three sites.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients and patients.
• Assist with day-to-day practice operations and administration.
• Coordinate appointments, recalls, and care plans, ensuring smooth operations.
