Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about helping people and their pets?

Our independent small-animal practice is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to become an important part of our front‑of‑house team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering phones and providing a warm, professional first point of contact.
• Greeting and assisting clients at reception.
• Managing the appointment diary and coordinating daily schedules.
• Processing payments and handling administrative tasks.
• Supporting the clinical team with a smooth day‑to‑day workflow.

About You:

• Confident, calm, and compassionate with both clients and their pets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working on computers and learning new systems.
• Experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.

Hours: Full-time

Rotating shifts (8:30–5:00 or 11:00–7:00)

1-in-4 Saturdays

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate: Virginia Water GU25 4DW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
