Woodland Vets, part of Inspiring vet care, is looking for a personable Receptionist to join on a part-time permanent basis. The role involves managing appointments, handling enquiries and supporting client communications while collaborating with clinical and non-clinical teams across our sites in Liphook and Midhurst.

You’ll be a friendly, organised individual with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering a welcoming, professional experience to clients in a busy veterinary setting.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Woodland Vets on a part-time permanent basis.

We are situated in the beautiful South Downs, a stone’s throw away from the coast and London, giving the best of both worlds. We are an hour from both Heathrow and Gatwick Airport allowing for close transport links to Europe and beyond. We have plenty of scope at the Liphook site to expand due to the size of the practice.

Over the three sites we have lots of toys, to name a few, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, a multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring machine, blood pressure, microscope, in house biochemistry and haematology blood machines, ultrasound with cardiac and an abdominal probe, laser, ECG, endoscope and tonometer.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

Monday 12:30-6:30pm - Liphook

Thursday 8:00 - 6:00pm - Midhurst Vets

Friday 12:30 - 6:30pm - Liphook
