inspiring vet care is seeking a friendly Receptionist for a full-time, fixed-term position at De Montfort Vets in the Worcestershire countryside. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while managing appointments and client communications.

With 40 hours per week and a mix of early and late shifts including one Saturday in three, you will support a team of vets, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and client journeys.

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at De Montfort Vetson a full-time fixed-term basis for 9 months.

De Montfort Vets is a thriving small animal practice located in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside. Our practice is committed to delivering outstanding patient care while ensuring a seamless and compassionate client experience. We have a dedicated team of 5 vets, 12 nurses, and 4 support staff who work together to provide the highest level of care for our patients.

Situated in the charming market town of Evesham, we are surrounded by beautiful landscapes, riverside walks, and classic Cotswold villages perfect for afternoon tea. With great local amenities, proximity to vibrant towns such as Worcester, Stratford, and Cheltenham, and a quick train link to London, Evesham is an ideal location to both live and work.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

• 40 hours per week.
• Earlies and lates (mixture) 1 Sat in 3
