We are hiring!
Here at Bryn and Golborne, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be joining a thriving and dynamic practice based over two sites.
Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting and arriving clients and patients, processing referrals, insurances and payments, offering superb personal care to clients in the waiting area, monitoring and contributing to infection control. You will also be involved in helping our clients take advantage our preventative health care plans, be given training in bereavement awareness, and have access to our extensive intranet training helping you progress in your career.
Rota and salary
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week over 5 days.

We are a first opinion practice and have a varied and very busy caseload at both surgeries. We are a friendly, welcoming and supportive team of five vet surgeons, five full time nurses, two VCAs, four Client Care Advisors and a Practice Manager.
