A leading veterinary service provider is seeking a passionate Veterinary Receptionist for their Totton branch. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting vets, and delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong empathy, communication skills, and previous receptionist experience.

We are seeking anenthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Seadown Totton Surgery.
Location: This role is mainly basedat our Totton branch, where there will only be one Receptionist on shift at a time, but there will be a requirement to also cover at our site in Hythe.
Contract:Permanent
Hours:23.2 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
Tuesday - 08:30-14:00 (Hythe)
Wednesday - 13:30-18:30 (Totton)
Thursday - 13:30-19:30 (Hythe)
Friday - 08:30-13:30 (Totton)
Saturday - 08:30-17:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch break) on a rolling 1 in 5 week basis at Hythe

About the role:
This Receptionist position provides the below opportunities to be more hands on and involved with the patients;
There is a requirement to support/assist the Vet with animal handling; e.g. for blood samples, vaccines and euthanasia appointments etc.
