Join Our Friendly Team – Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist at Easipetcare Chatham, 2 Days per Week - 16hrs - (Monday & Wednesday)

Are you a people person with a passion for pets? We’re looking for a warm, organised, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Easipetcare Chatham on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Wednesdays, plus a fair share of weekends.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and providing outstanding customer service
• Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and handling queries
• Processing payments and managing the reception area
• Supporting the clinical team with daily admin and coordination
• Always ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
