Job summary

Vets Now in Bath is seeking a Saturday Veterinary Nurse to join our night-and-weekend team. This role offers weekend shifts every other Saturday from 19:00 to 09:00, with opportunities to balance family commitments and gain ECC experience.

• RCVS registered for a minimum of six months.
• Motivated to maintain high clinic standards.
• Passionate about caring for our clients and their pets.
• Experience with an ECC caseload is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• First Aid – give appropriate advice over the phone and perform in clinic.
• Critical Care – management and monitoring of major body systems, monitoring of in-patient trends and identifying changes quickly, physiotherapy, pain assessment, wound and dressing care.
• Diagnostics – confident to perform basic diagnostic procedures in a sole charge capacity.

Understanding your key role
