Village Vet Hampstead Hospital is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to provide exceptional front-of-house service. You will welcome clients and their pets, guide them from the waiting area to consult rooms, and assist with payment processing.

A proactive, sociable person with a passion for outstanding customer service is ideal. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, with a 42-hour week.

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle appointment bookings professionally and efficiently.
• Answer and make calls to clients, veterinary practices, and insurers with high service levels.
• Support the business with a range of administrative duties.
• Maintain diary and ensure gaps are filled proactively.
• Handle payments and banking with accuracy and courtesy.
• Engage with clients to discuss products and services when appropriate.
