Job summary

Village Vet Hampstead Hospital, part of Linnaeus Veterinary Limited, is hiring a Client Care Assistant. You will greet clients and their pets, manage the practice diary, handle calls, and support administrative tasks in a busy, friendly environment.

Flexible to early mornings and late evenings, you will join a 24-hour hospital with a strong focus on outstanding customer service and teamwork. The role offers extensive CPD and career progression within a large veterinary group.

Qualifications

• A proactive, positive attitude and flexible approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administration and time management abilities.
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Front of house and welcoming clients and their pets.
• Manage appointments and maintain the practice diary.
• Answer calls to practices, insurers and clients with courtesy.
• Support administrative duties and financial processes.
• Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
• Handle payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
